Data handling and privacy

Your calculations and files

Calculator inputs and results stay in browser memory. The application does not send quote values to a server. It does not write them to cookies, local storage or session storage. CSV exports are generated on your device only when requested. They contain your inputs and results; anyone you share the file with can read them. A fresh page load resets the calculator. Browser Back/Forward may restore in-memory state.

Web requests and campaign links

Cloudflare hosts these sites and processes ordinary web-request information, such as the requested URL, network address and browser information, to deliver and protect them. Loading a page is a network request even though the calculation runs locally.

There is no analytics SDK, advertising pixel, visitor identifier or visit-history log added by this application. A small fixed list of campaign labels may pass through links between these calculator sites to keep the route from a social post or video consistent. Labels are not stored in browser storage and are not attached to provider links. Unknown or personal query values are discarded from the address bar after JavaScript runs. An initial requested URL may already have reached the host or browser history; this cleanup does not erase that earlier request. Do not put personal information or quote values in a shared URL.

Optional browser assistant

If your browser supports and invokes the hosting or email calculator's optional read-only assistant tool, it can read the currently valid inputs and estimate from the page. Invalid or changed inputs return no estimate. The calculator code does not send that state to an external API. The browser assistant's own data practices also apply. This feature is not present on the CRM worksheet.

Other websites and support

Provider links open another website, whose own data practices apply. They do not carry entered quotes or our campaign labels, and these pages request that browsers omit the referrer. The sites do not offer accounts, email collection, uploads or a contact form. A public support contact and full operator contact notice are not available yet. Please do not submit sensitive information through these tools.

This describes the current implementation, not a claim of privacy certification. Any future analytics, collection or support service would require a new implementation and an updated notice.
